摘要
Sincetheexcessivecapacityinsteelmakingandcontinuouscastingatpresent,andthelimiteddevelopmentmarginofCCtechnologyandequipmentinscale,thefurtherdevelopmentmustbemadeinaprofoundanddetailizedway.ThispaperenumeratestheitemsofCCtechnologyandequipment,whichneedtobedetailizedfromseveralaspectssuchasrollarrangementdesign,equipmentdesignandproductionoperation,anditpointsoutthatdetailizationisthefuturedirectionofCCtechnologyandequipment.Theitemsinrollarrangementdesignincludeeliminatingperiodicmeniscusfluctuationbyadjustingspacebetweenrollsreasonably;takingspecialmeasurestoavoiddangerousregionsofcastingspeed,inordertoreducethecenterporosityandcenterlinecrackofslab;optimizingthemajorradiusandthelengthofouterarcofcasterbeforestraighteningpointtoavoiddangerousregionofcastingspeed.Theitemsinequipmentdesignincludechoosingasuitablestructureofsupportandguidingrollaccordingtotheconcreteconditionsofcaster;accordingtobulgingshapeofslab,thinkingmoreaboutrestrictionofshelltobulgingforce,discussingtheforceonrollers,optimizingsplitrolltosupportslab;safetyfactorshouldbeconsideredtogetherwithcalculationmethodofthebearingnominalstaticload.Theitemsinaspectsofcontinuouscastingoperationincludethedelicacydivisionandthefunction-positioningofoperationmodesforCCmachineduetotheconsiderationofdynamicsoftreduction;monitoringandcontrollingsystemofCCmachinemustbefurtherdetailizedtoimprovethestabilityofproductionoperationandslabquality.Inadditiontothethreeaspectsmentionedabove,thisarticlepointsoutmanyotheritemsalso,suchashomogenizationofsecondarycoolingofslab,qualitycontrolofsurfaceandinternalofslab,andsoon.Thisarticleemphasizes,somekeytechnologiesneedtoberesearchedalso,andalltheseresearcheswillneverstop.
