摘要
HitachiInformationSystemsstarteduptheRFIDbusinessfrom2002andprovidesvarietiessolutions,especiallydevotedtheenergiesontheresearchofmetallictagandthedevelopmentofitsappliedarea.Themetallictagwasdevelopedtowithstandtheharshenvironmentlikevibration,shock,high-pressurewaterinjection,highvoltage,andultravioletirradiation.Becausethemetallictagthatdifferentwiththemetaltagcreatedbefore,isprotectedbythemetallicmaterialthatmadeitverystrongtobeusedintheenvironmentlistedabove.June,2006,ourcompanysuccessfullydevelopedthemetallictagwitharmor-cladstainlesssteel.Therefore,comparingwiththeresintag,themetallictagwithremarkablemechanicalstrengthwassufficientattentiontowithstandtheoutdooruse,eventoresistUV.Bythemethodofscrewfixing,rivettightening,solderingornailstriking,theinstallationprocedurecanbecompleted.Becausethevariousinstallationmethodsweresupported,themetallictagcanbeappliedtomanyindustryareas.Themanagementmarketslikeconstructionmachinery,substationequipment,molds,tools,andmetalliccontainerthatneedtheverystrongtagcanbedeveloped,becauseofthemetallictag.Inthisthesis,itwillbedescribedabouttheresearchbackgroundandtheresearchresultsofmetallictag,thecommercializedmetallictag’sfeaturesandapplicationfields,aswellastheresearchsubjectsinthefutureandrecentdevelopmentsituation.
