摘要 Ultrafastcoolingisanewtechnologywhichusedtocontrolthehot-rollingstripcoolinginrecentyearsontheinternationaldeveloped.Ifsuitablycooperatedwithanumberofothernewcontrolledrollingtechnologies,canachievefastandaccuratetemperaturecontrolinthehot-rolledstripproductionprocesstoobtaincorrespondingtransformationmicrostructureandidealmechanicalproperties.Thisarticledescribesthetechnicalprincipleandlayoutofultrafastcoolinginhot-rolledaswellasapplicationprofilesinthemajorironandsteelenterpriseinChinaandabroad.Carriedoutthelayoutofultrafastcoolinganalysisontheadaptabilityofsteelthatinstallbetweenthefinishingmillandlaminarcooling,onthisbasis,proposedtheuseofultrafastcoolingtechnologyproposals.
