摘要 FractionalBrownianmotion,continuouseverywhereanddifferentiablenowhere,offersaconvenientmodelingforirregularnonstationarystochasticprocesseswithlong-termdependenciesandpowerlawbehaviorofspectrumoverwiderangesoffrequencies.Itshowshighcorrelationatcoasescaleandvariesslightlyatfinescale,whichissuitableforandsuccessfulindescribingandmodelingnaturalscenes.Ontheotherhand,man-madeobjectscanbeconstructivelywelldescribedbyusingasetofregularsimpleshapeprimitivessuchasline,cylinder,etc.andarefreeoffractal.Basedonthedifference,weprovideamethodtodiscriminateman-madeobjectsfromnaturalscenes.Experimentsareusedtodemonstratedthegoodefficiencyofthedevelopedtechnique.
