Arepeatedinterdiffusionmethodisdescribedforphase-stableandhigh-quality(FA,MA)PbI_3film.Thecrystallizationandgrowthoftheperovskitefilmscanbewellcontrolledbyadjustingthereactantconcentrations.Withthismethod,dense,smoothperovskitefilmswithlargecrystalshavebeenobtained.Finally,aPCEof16.5%aswellasasteady-stateefficiencyof16.3%isachievedintheplanarperovskitesolarcell.
