Inthispaper,weintroduceanewclassofergodicsequences,pseudoalmostperiodicsequences,andstudytheexistenceofpseudoalmostperiodicsequencestodifferenceequations.Onthebasisofthese,weinvestigatetheexistenceofpseudoalmostperiodicsolutionsforneutraldelaydifferentialequationswithpiecewiseconstantargument,d/(dt)(y(t)+py(t-1))=qy(2[(t+1)/2])+g(t,y(t),([t])).
