摘要 AccordingtoX-rayimagetexturetirecharacteristicsandabnormaldistributionofthegrayarea,thispaperstudiesareal-timedefectdetectionmethodaboutthesidewalloftire.OnthebasisofthetexturedistributioncharacteristicsofX-raytire,weextractthecordinformationofthetireimagebymaximizingthedistanceofthecategoriesafterthegrayvaluecorrection,thenweusethemorphologymethodandstatisticsmethodtoprocesstheimagesothatwecangetthelocationandthesizeofimpurities.Wecanclassifythetiresintodifferentgradesbytheinformation.Comparedwithothermethods,ourmethodhastheadvantagethatmeetstheneedsoftireindustry.
