摘要 Numericalsimulationofthemixedconvectioninducedbybuoyancy,crystalrotation,andalsounbalancedsurfacetensionatthemelt-gasinterfaceisconductedbymeansofthefinitevolumemethodinthemodeloftheCzochralskicrystalgrowth.TheroleofMarangoniconvectionintheheatandmasstransferisinvestigatedbythecomparisonofthemodelswithandwithoutsurfacetensionincluded,andourresultsindicatethatMarangoniconvectionplaysanimportantroleintheheatandmasstransferneartheinterfaceofmeltandcrystal,andalsotheconvectionstructure.
