Interconnected sandwich structure carbon/Si-SiO2/carbon nanospheres composite as high performance anode material for lithium-ion batteries

    摘要 Inthepresentwork,aninterconnectedsandwichcarbon/Si-SiO2/carbonnanospherescompositewaspreparedbytemplatemethodandcarbonthermalvapordeposition(TVD).ThecarbonconductivelayercannotonlyefficientlyimprovetheelectronicconductivityofSi-basedanode,butalsoplayakeyroleinalleviatingthenegativeeffectfromhugevolumeexpansionoverdischarge/chargeofSi-basedanode.Theresultingmaterialdeliveredareversiblecapacityof1094mAh/g,andexhibitedexcellentcyclingstability.Itkeptareversiblecapacityof1050mAh/gover200cycleswithacapacityretentionof96%.
