    摘要 Largesizedpowertransformersareimportantpartsofthepowersupplychain.Theseverycriticalnetworksofengineeringassetsareanessentialbaseofanation'senergyresourceinfrastructure.Thisresearchidentifiesthekeyfactorsinfluencingtransformernormaloperatingconditionsandpredictstheassetmanagementlifespan.Engineeringassetresearchhasdevelopedfewlifespanforecastingmethodscombiningreal-timemonitoringsolutionsfortransformermaintenanceandreplacement.Utilizingtherichdatasourcefromaremoteterminalunit(RTU)systemforsensor-datadrivenanalysis,thisresearchdevelopsaninnovativereal-timelifespanforecastingapproachapplyinglogisticregressionbasedontheWeibulldistribution.Themethodologyandtheimplementationprototypeareverifiedusingadataseriesfrom161kVtransformerstoevaluatetheefficiencyandaccuracyforenergysectorapplications.Theassetstakeholdersandsupplierssignificantlybenefitfromthereal-timepowertransformerlifespanevaluationformaintenanceandreplacementdecisionsupport.
