摘要
Thelow-gradevanadium-containingstonecoalusedinthisexperimentwascollectedfromWuxiCountry,ChongqingCity,China.Theexperimentfocusedonthevanadiumrecoveryfromroastedresiduethroughoptimizingtheprocessconditionsofaneffectiveandenvironmentally-friendlytechnology,namedcalcifiedroasting-sulfuricacidleachingtechnology.Bysingle-factorexperimentsandorthogonalexperiments,theeffectsofroastingtemperature,roastingtime,sulfuricacidconcentrationandleachingtimeontheleachingratioofvanadiumwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthattheleachingratioofvanadiumreached85.5%underthepropertechnologicalconditionsofroastingtemperature=950℃,roastingtime=4h,40%concentrationofsulfuricacidandleachingtime=6h.
