    摘要 Litopenaeusvannamei,aeuryhalinespecies,canbeculturedatawiderangeofsalinities.Theemergenceoffreshwaterpond-cultureofL.vannameiisanimportantpreludetothecontinueddevelopmentofshrimpcultureinChina.Inthisstudy,wecomparedtherespiratorymetabolismofjuvenileL.vannameiculturedinfreshwaterandsaltwaterbymeasuringtheiroxygenconsumptionrate(OCR),ammonium-typenitrogenexcretionrate(AER)andpyruvatekinase(PK)andlactatedehydrogenase(LDH)activitiesatdifferentmoltingstagesinordertophysiecologicallycharacterizejuvenileL.vannameiunderfreshwaterconditions.TheresultsshowedthatOCRwassignificantlyhigherinsaltwaterthaninfreshwateratallstagesofmoltingcycle.However,variationofOCRamongmoltingstagesinsaltwaterwassimilarwiththatinfreshwater,andthehighestOCRwasobservedatpost-moltingstage.Atallstagesofmoltingcycle,AERwassignificantlyhigherinfreshwaterthaninsaltwater,andthehighestwasobservedatpost-moltingstage.TheactivityofPKwassignificantlyhigherinsaltwaterthaninfreshwater.Conversely,theactivityofLDHwashigherinfreshwaterthaninsaltwateringeneral.SignificantvariationofPKandLDHactivitiesinmoltingcyclewasobservedinsaltwaterandfreshwater.TheresultsindicatedthataerobicmetabolismofjuvenileL.vannameiwasmoreactiveinsaltwaterthaninfreshwater;whileitsproteinmetabolismwasmoreactiveinfreshwaterthaninsaltwater.
