摘要 Gastrodin,anactivecomponentoftallgastrodiatuber,iswidelyusedinthetreatmentofdizziness,paralysis,epilepsy,strokeanddementia,andexhibitsaneuroprotectiveeffect.AratmodelofspinalcordinjurywasestablishedusingAllen’smethod,andgastrodinwasadministeredviathesubarachnoidcavityandbyintraperitonealinjectionfor7days.Resultsshowthatgastrodinpromotedthesecretionofbrain-derivedneurotrophicfactorinratswithspinalcordinjury.Aftergastrodintreatment,themaximumangleoftheinclinedplanetest,andtheBasso,BeattieandBresnahanscoresincreased.Moreover,gastrodinimprovedneuraltissuerecoveryintheinjuredspinalcord.Theseresultsdemonstratethatgastrodinpromotesthesecretionofbrain-derivedneurotrophicfactor,contributestotherecoveryofneurologicalfunction,andprotectsneuralcellsagainstinjury.
