摘要
EffectsofMo,Nb,Tionmechanicalpropertiesandcorrosionresistanceof22.5%Crferriticstainlesssteelwereinvestigated.TheresultsshowthatMoexistsinferriticstainlesssteelmainlyinthesolutiontreatmentcondition,anditcanenhancesteel’sstrengththroughsolidsolutionstrengthening.InTi+Nbdual-stabilizedferriticstainlesssteel,thesteel’stoughnessdecreasesobviouslybecausecoarseTiNparticlesformandsomemetalliccompoundsprecipitatealongthegrainboundaries.InNbsingle-stablizedferriticstainlesssteel,NbexistseitherinthesolutiontreatmentconditionorintheformofdispersedprecipitatesNb(C,N),whichwillactasthenucleiofprecipitationofthefineσphase.Asaresult,theprecipitationofthecoarseσphasealongthegrainboundarycanbeinhibited,leadingtosignificantimprovementinsteel’stoughnessatalowtemperature.Basedonthese,highcorrosion-resistantferriticstainlesssteelB445Rwasdevelopedforthebuildingcladdingsystem.TestresultsshowthatB445Rhasasuperiorcorrosionresistancetoaustenitic316Linchloridesolution.Besides,ithasagoodformingpropertyandweldability.Allthesemakeitanidealdecoratingmaterialforthebuildingcladdingsysteminseverecoastalregions.
