摘要 Specularandstrongreflectionsarethemainproblemsencounteredduringpartimagedefectinspectionofshinyorhighlyreflectivesurfaces.Inthisletter,weproposeanimprovedilluminationmethodfordefectinspection.Adiffuselightsourceisdesignedbasedonthephysicsanalysisoflightreflection.Thedistributionofintensityissimulatedaccordingtoaknownmodeltoverifytheilluminationuniformityofthesource.Experimentsshowthatdefectexpressivitywhenusingtheproposedilluminationmethodhasabetterperformance.Theopticalmodelisnotonlysuitableforthedefectdetectionofmetalballsbutalsoforthedefectdetectionofplanesandcylinders.
