ThermalresistancewascomposedbythermalresistanceofAluminumsubstrate,thermalresistanceofconvectiveheattransferandthethermalresistanceofthecoolingliquid.ThechangerulewasstudiedthroughthecalculationonAluminumplatethermalresistance,thermalresistanceofconvectiveheattransferandthethermalresistanceofthecoolingliquid.ItschangeregularitywassimulatedbytoolboxIntheMATLAB,anditwasfoundthatthermalresistanceofconvectiveheattransfereffectontheefficiencywasmostobviousinacertainamountoftheheatandflowforthermalresistanceofthePin-finradiatorunderthepremise.Thestructuralparametersofradiatorwererelatedtothesizeofthermalresistance.
