    摘要 IncurrentInternationalThermonuclearExperimentalReactor(ITER)design,the316LNausteniticstainlesssteel(316LNSS)isusedforfirst-wall/blanketstructures.Thus,itisnecessarytostudythefundamentalmechanicalpropertiesandirradiationeffectof316LNSS.ArandomsolidsolutionmodelofFe-Cr-Ni-Mn-Mo-Sialloyisusedfordescribing316LNSS.Usingfirst-principlesapproaches,theelasticconstantsandidealstrengthofthealloywerecalculated.SuchalloyexhibitsgoodductilebehavioraccordingtothetheoreticalvaluesofCauchypressureandratioofbulkmodulusandshearmodulus.Withinthe256-atomsupercell,inclusionofsinglevacancydefectfurtherenhancestheductilityofthealloy,andtheexistenceofinterstitial(Fe,H,He)atomsenhancestheYoungsmodulus.
