Inthepasttenyearssince9/11,terrorismhasbecomeagrowingthreattointernationalsecurity,andtopeople'slivesandproperty.Increasingincidentsofterrorismhaveunderlinedthefundamentalstructuralflawsintheinternationalsystem,showingthatAmericanhegemonyhasreachedacertainlimit.NotonlyhavethemajorsecurityconcernsoftheUnitedStateschanged,butexistinginternationalstrategicrelationshavealsobeenshaken.Thishasdirectlyaffectedglobalstrategicstability.
