    摘要 Theamountsofrareearthinthesolidsolutioninsteel16Mnweredeterminedbymeansofinductivecouplingplasma(ICP)spectroscopy.WhiletheRE/Sratiowaslessthan1.9,theamountsofrareearthinsolidsolutionwerenotmorethan8ppm,whichrisedslightlywiththeincreaseoftherareearthcontentinthesteel.WhiletheRE/Swasmorethan1.9,MnSdisappearedcompletelyinthesteelandtheamountsofrareearthinsolidsolutionincreasedrapidlywiththeincreasingoftherareearthcontent.Thesolubilityofceriuminsteel16Mn(St52)islessthan0.011wt%atroomtemperature.Theresultsalsoindicatethatrareearthinsolidsolutioncanreducetheamountofpearliteandincreasethatofferriteanditsmierohardness.Therela-tionshipbetweenmicrohardness(Hv)andtheamountofrareearthinsolidsolutioncanbeexpressedbytheequationofHv=117+7RE(ppm).
