ThispaperisdevotedtothemixedLegendrespectral-finiteelementapproximationofthethree-dimensional,non-periodic,unsteadyNavier-Stokesequations.Aclassoffullydiscreteschemesareconstructedwithartificialcompression.Thegeneralizedstabilityandconvergenceareprovedstrictlyontheassumptionthatthetwo-dimensionalinf-supconditionofthefiniteelementapproximationissatisfied.
