摘要
Anewmethodfortheconstructionofbivariatematrixvaluedrationalinterpolants(BGIRI)onarectangulargridispresentedin[6].TherationalinterpolantsareofThiele-typecontinuedfractionformwithscalardenominator.Thegeneralizedinverseintroducedby[3]isgen-eralizedtorectangularmatrixcaseinthispaper.Anexacterrorformulaforinterpolationisob-tained,whichisanextensioninmatrixformofbivariatescalarandvectorvaluedrationalinterpola-tiondiscussedbySiemaszko[l2]andbyGuChuangqing[7]respectively.Bydefiningrowandcol-umn-transformationinthesenseofthepartialinverteddifferencesformatrices,twotypematrixalgorithmsareestablishedtoconstructcorrespondingtwodifferentBGIRI,whichholdforthevec-torcaseandthescalarcase.
