摘要 Aseriesof2’-purineandpyrimidinederivativesof1’,4’-anhy-dro-2’-deoxy-D-arabitol(1)and1’,4’-anhydro-2’-deoxy-D-altritol(2)weresynthesizedregio-andstereo-selectivelyfromD-sorbitolthroughsomeconversioninhighyields.
