摘要 Diexiearthquake(M7.5)in1933isagreateventthatoccurredattheeastborderofQinghai-XizangPlateauinthe20thcentury.Thereareobviouslydifferentopinionsabouttheshapeofisoseismallinesandthegeneticfaultofthisearthquke.Basedonthestudyofthenewlyfoundnorth-southtrendingactivefaultandgroundfissuresofDiexiearthquake,thispapertendstoholdthat,asthesouthwardextensionofMiujiangfault,thisnorth-southtrendingactivefaultmightbethegeneticfaultofthisevent.
